Today Gail Jessen from KCPW aired a piece on Gayle Ruzicka and Eagle Forum’s enduring presence on Capitol Hill.  The piece also spotlights my relationship with Gayle as a closeted Eagle Forum intern who later turned gay.  You’ll hear Gayle’s reaction!

Many people like to demonize Gayle.  As outrageous and damaging as her politics are I think progressives would do better to stop bitching about her success and start to actually model her style of organizing.

And she was at the Utah Capitol every day during the legislative session lobbying on those issues.
